Ben Tindale didn’t come to roofing from the trades. He came from seventeen years managing real estate portfolios for global corporates across 117 countries. He’s led teams of hundreds, negotiated property deals from Shanghai to London, and learned what world-class building management actually looks like. That experience taught him something most roofers never see: when you’re responsible for properties and the people who depend on them, every contractor decision matters.
